1. Who is responsible?

2. Hosting and technical access data

Our website and email services are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When you visit the website, technical data such as IP addresses, requested pages, access times, browser information and server error information may be processed in access and security logs. This is necessary to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose technical problems.

3. Website analytics (Umami)

We use Umami Cloud to understand how the website is used and to improve our content. This includes statistics about visits, page views, project pages, referral sources, approximate geographic regions, browser and device information, and clicks on selected email, social media and external project links.

Umami's standard analytics do not use tracking cookies. IP addresses may be processed to produce visit statistics, but Umami states that raw visitor IP addresses are not stored in its analytics database. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses or other directly identifying information in analytics events.

We have selected the European Union as the data region for our Umami Cloud website. Umami's contractual information also identifies the United States and Germany as service locations. Processing or access outside the selected region cannot therefore be categorically excluded. For further information, see Umami's privacy information.

4. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your email address, the content of your message and any other information you provide to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting correspondence. Messages are retained as long as reasonably required for these purposes or to fulfil applicable legal obligations.

5. Links to third-party websites

Our website links to external services, including LinkedIn, Instagram and project websites. When you follow an external link, the destination provider may process your data under its own privacy policy. We do not control those websites.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes or as required by applicable law. We use appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect information. Retention periods for technical logs and analytics depend in part on the relevant service and its configuration.

7. Your rights
